2010 - 2011 Fees

When registering your child - September tuition is due by written check.

September 15th - October tuition is due
October 15th – November tuition & Winter Performance fee is due*
November 15th - December tuition is due
December 1st - January tuition is due
January 15th - February tuition & Spring performance fees are due*
February 15th - March tuition is due
March 15th - April tuition is due
April 15th - May tuition is due

*There are no costumes to purchase, but there will be a $75 performance fee per dance to help cover performance costs, not to exceed $150 per family. No refund will be given.

Although you will set up a monthly draft, the very first month's check and registration fee must be a live check. It can be mailed to PO BOX 494 Davidson, NC 28036 or placed in our outside payment box at any time. Please know that your child will not be enrolled until we receive September's tuition and the $25 registration fee.

After that all tuition will be automatically drafted from your bank account on the 15th of month prior. For example: October's tuition will be drafted on the 15th of September. Performance fees will also be automatically drafted: Winter Performance Fee on October 15th and Spring Performance Fee: on January 15th. We will notify you 10 days prior to the bank drafting. We will also notify you if your child will perform in the Winter show ("The Nutcracker), which is generally danced by the older students with years of training.

Semester Payment Option - 10% Discount! If you are paying by the semester please adhere to the following due dates: Fall Tuition will be due by September 1st by written check. Spring Tuition will be due on January 15th and will be drafted from your account. A reminder will be emailed to you. The schedule below is the discounted rate for total semester hours per family. Each semester is 4 1/2 months in duration.

• All classes are based on 32 weeks of instruction, divided into 9 equal parts/installments, which are due by the first of the month. Your account will be considered overdue after the 15th of the month. After the 15th, a $10 late fee will be added automatically to your account. If the late fee is not included with your tuition check, it will be billed to your account.

• There will be a $20 fee for any returned check.

• Cash refunds will not be given. Only credit toward future classes will be allowed, and will be counted from the date of written notification forward, not from the date of the last class attended. Missed classes may be made up in another class within two weeks of the class missed.

• Students will be charged for classes, whether or not they have attended, up to the date they give written notification to cancel.

• Any classes over 11 hours per family a week are free!

• Private lessons and individual coaching are available by appointment for $35 per hour or $25 per half-hour.
